Catalog CLI: Fast Offline File Indexing and Search

I built Catalog CLI because many existing file tools felt slow and had clunky UX for daily terminal use.

Catalog CLI indexes the file system locally, shows storage layout, and enables fast file search without relying on remote services.

The tool is intentionally offline and optimized for speed, so results remain consistent even in constrained environments.
